• You must request a cancellation within 1 hour after purchase. No cancellations (after the 1st hour) will be accepted as orders are entered into the production queue immediately at that point in time and cannot be canceled.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
• In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your item(s) when they arrive, I'll happily work to replace the item(s) affected. Photo evidence of damage will be required or the return cannot be accepted.
UNDAMAGED ITEMS:
• Returns are ONLY accepted on non-personalized item(s). Custom/personalized items are not eligible for returns.
• A return must be approved by contacting sipyourmug@gmail.com. You will be sent a return form electronically to print and ship with your return. This form will contain the return address to which you'll return your item(s).
• The return must be initiated within 14 days of when the order was marked as delivered. Item(s) must be unused.
• Item(s) will be shipped at your own cost (buyer pays return shipping). This cannot be refunded.
• They must arrive in "new" perfect condition. Please pack your item(s) securely so that they are not damaged during transit.
• Your refund will be issued only after the item(s) are returned/received in "new" perfect condition. Your refund will be returned via the original payment method used in your purchase.
UNDELIVERABLE:
• Sip Your Mug is not responsible for incorrect delivery information, shipping addresses, or errors with forwarding addresses or holds on delivery. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs involved for any delivery issues. If you refuse to have the package correctly delivered to you after such delivery issues, you will be responsible for:
◦ Additional shipping fees that accrue with forwarding and delivery problems.
◦ The cost of reordering your product if the original order doesn't return safely to Sip Your Mug.
REFUSED DELIVERY:
• Sip Your Mug does not accept refused delivery returns (forced returns). No refunds will be issued.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES:
In most cases you will likely receive your order towards the beginning of the provided estimates. These dates are shown to you as a courtesy to give you a time-frame to plan your orders if the item(s) you're purchasing are meant to be a gift to be given by a specific date.
Each product page shows a delivery estimate. This is an "estimate" that is met in most cases (about 98% of the time), but unforeseen delays with the delivery company (where if the delivery company does not put a guarantee on their delivery dates) could potentially cause a delivery to occur past these dates. Sip Your Mug is not responsible for delivery delays past the estimated delivery dates as a result of the shipping/delivery company's delay.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER:
Sip Your Mug is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect shipping address provided in the order. Please verify all information when placing your order.
Mugs are shipped to the shipping address provided in your order (unless you can notify me of any error within the 1st hour after purchase).
Check your order confirmation email as soon as you get it to verify all details are correct.
TRACKING SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I DON'T HAVE MY ORDER:
Sip Your Mug is not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the delivery company. I will work with you to get a replacement, but you must follow the steps below before the replacement can be sent.
STEPS TO TAKE:
• Verify the shipping address you provided in your order is correct.
• Check with anyone who may have picked up your package for you, or anywhere the package could have been placed.
• Contact the delivery company to verify delivery location. They can pull GPS coordinates to determine delivery location.
• If necessary, file a missing package report and contact your local authorities to report the package stolen if all other avenues have been explored. Package theft is serious and must be reported.
• 14 days must pass after an order has been marked as delivered.
